Life is good for Max (Louis C.K.), a terrier who lives in a swanky Manhattan apartment. That is until his status as favourite pet comes under fire when a sloppy mongrel called Duke (Eric Stonestreet) moves in on his turf.

This newfound rival is obtained by Max’s owner Katie (Ellie Kemper) from a dog pound, and the two mutts are far from best friends. However, they soon have to put their quarrels behind them in the wake of a threat even greater than that of a rival dog.

Every pet in the city is about to come under fire from a cute and unassuming white bunny rabbit named Snowball, one of many abandoned animals that roam the city.

Jealous of all happily-owned animals across New York City, Snowball (Kevin Hart) and his army the Flushed Pets set about launching a criminal conspiracy to dislodge all the smug pets and their owners to exact a slice of retaliation upon them.The comedic Louis C.K. (American Hustle) takes the lead as Max and is joined behind the mic by Eric Stonestreet (Identity Theft) as Duke. Star of the Ride Along franchise, Kevin Hart, plays the evil Snowball, whilst Steve Coogan (Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa) plays a Sphynx cat.
