We are currently offering a residential Creative Writing weekend at the beautiful Sneaton Castle in Whitby, North Yorkshire. The course will run from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th October, 2016.

The purpose of the course is to provide an opportunity for beginners and experts alike to share ideas, try new things and above all be inspired by the workshops, the staff and the location. Across the weekend you will take part in a number of workshops on different aspects of story writing, and also have free time to write, explore the local area, and share your work and ideas. You will be supported by two of our experienced creative writing instructors, who will be on hand throughout the weekend to read your work, provide ideas and inspiration, and to offer advice and constructive feedback.

Our aim is that everyone attending the course will leave with a portfolio of creative work inspired by the workshops, their surroundings and their peers. Participants must be aged 18 or over, share our passion for writing and be willing to share that with others!
