Whitby Christmas Festival will take place over the weekend of the 16 - 18th November 2018.  The magnificent Christmas Market will be open from:

               5pm - 8pm on Friday 16th November   

               10am - 8pm Saturday 17th November

               10am - 4pm Sunday 18th November

A spectacular Community Lantern Parade will take place on Friday 16th November starting at 6pm at Pannett Park through the town over the Swing bridge down Sangate through the Market Place onto Church Street, Bridge Street back over the Swing Bridge on to New Quay Road Langborne Road finnishing at the Front Marina Car  Park at approximately 6.30pm.  On the Yorkshire Coast Radio Roadshow the Chirstmas lights will be switched on at 7.45 on the Friday nights and a firework display will be held on Saturday at 7.45pm.
