We are delighted to announce that we will be returning to Boggle Hole in 2019, offering opportunities for people aged 16+ to try Open Water Sea Swimming not far from Robin Hood's Bay which is situated on the coast in North York Moors National Park, YHA Boggle Hole is next to a bay that was once an infamous smuggler's cove!

At the session, you will:

• Try on a wetsuit

• Learn how to put on the wetsuit and take it off

• How to enter the water

• How to sight in the water, so you know where you are going

• Become accustomed to water temperature

• How to exit the water

British Triathlon will be on hand with wetsuits, qualified coaches and water safety support to provide you with the best possible experience to help you overcome any worries to open water swim.
